President and CEO

David Banks has been named the new president and CEO of AdventHealth in April 2025. Banks has spent more than 30 years with the faith-based system.

Olesea Azevedo

Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Culture and Transformation Officer

Olesea Azevedo is also listed as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. She has worked as AVP Human Resources at Baptist Health South Florida, Vice President Human Resources at Florida Blue, and HR Director at Baptist Health South Florida.

Michael Cacciatore, MD

Executive Vice President, Chief Clinical Officer

Michael Cacciatore, MD, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer for AdventHealth. In this role, he provides leadership and direction for safety and quality programs and the clinical performance of the company. He previously served as the Chief Clinical Officer for AdventHealth's West Florida Division from February 2022 to 2024 and as the Chief Medical Officer for AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) in Central Florida. During his 17-year tenure with AdventHealth, he also served as Medical Director of the obstetrics hospitalists team in Central Florida and was a clinical faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology for the AH Family Practice Residency Program. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where he also completed his medical residency.

Duncan Grodack

Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Duncan Grodack is the COO of Information Technology at AdventHealth, a role he assumed in December 2019. Previously, he served as SVP and CIO for Florida at AdventHealth from 2016 to 2019. Grodack joined AdventHealth in 2002, when it was called Florida Hospital, as Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Strategic Information. Earlier in his career, he was a Consultant for Dunhill Professional Search. He earned an MBA in Finance from Webster University. Throughout his more than 20-year career at AdventHealth, Duncan has served the organization in diverse IT leadership roles spanning the disciplines of product, project & process management, shared IT service delivery, software development, and application management.

Paul Rathbun

Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Rathbun serves as Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at AdventHealth. He is responsible for AdventHealth's enterprisewide financial strategy and operations. He joined AdventHealth in 2001 and previously served as a chief financial executive and senior vice president of finance. His past experience also includes serving as chief financial officer for two national long-term care companies and two HCA hospitals in Florida. In addition, he has served as a director in the health care audit practice of Price Waterhouse in Florida. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Adventist University.

Vickie White

Senior Vice President, Chief Brand and Consumer Officer

Vickie White is the Senior Vice President and Chief Brand and Consumer Officer of AdventHealth. Previously, she was the Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Innovation, and the Vice President of Strategic Partnering. She is responsible for AdventHealth's national brand strategy, digital marketing, reputation management, and creative design. She also provides executive direction for the organization's innovation strategy, focusing on transforming the consumer's healthcare experience. Vickie attended the University of Central Florida, as part of the College of Business Administration.

Randy Haffner

Senior Executive Vice President, Group CEO for Florida and Clinical

Randy Haffner is the Senior Executive Vice President, Group CEO for Florida and Clinical at AdventHealth. He has been with AdventHealth since 1989 and has held senior leadership positions throughout the organization. Previously, he served as President/CEO of the Central Florida Division, overseeing nearly two dozen hospitals and ERs. Haffner also served as president/CEO of the Multi-State Division, where he oversaw AdventHealth’s operations outside of Florida, comprising 20 campuses across eight states. Earlier in his career, he was CEO of Porter Adventist Hospital in Colorado and administrator of AdventHealth Orlando. Randy graduated from Walla Walla College, earned his MBA from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, and holds a doctorate in leadership studies from Andrews University. He is a member of the Florida Council of 100, the Florida Hospital Association Board, and the Orlando Economic Partnership's Governor's Council.

Brent Snyder

EVP & Chief Information Officer

Brent Snyder is the EVP & Chief Information Officer at AdventHealth. He has held leadership positions within AdventHealth for over 35 years. Before becoming CIO, he served as the CFO of AdventHealth's multistate division from 1997 to 2002. Earlier in his career, he was the Vice President and CFO of Tennessee Christian Medical Center, and the CFO of Takoma Adventist Hospital in Greeneville, Tennessee. He has an associate's degree in computer science and a bachelor's degree in business from Southern Adventist University, a master's degree in business from the University of South Carolina, and a doctorate in jurisprudence from Nashville School of Law. He has been corporate CIO for the system since 2016, when Adventist Health System integrated its two IT departments into one IT service provider.

Bryan Stiltz

EVP & CEO for Primary Care Network & Physician Enterprise

Mr. Stiltz will serve in his new role for the next year while continuing his responsibilities as AdventHealth's executive vice president of physician enterprise.

Jeffrey Bromme

EVP & Chief Legal Officer

Jeffrey Bromme serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at AdventHealth, a large non-profit, Florida-based health care system with operations in nine states. He leads the department providing legal services to Advent providers, the advocacy and policy departments, and tax department. He previously served as General Counsel to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, clerked for the Honorable Will Garwood, U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Bromme earned his JD from the University of Texas School of Law, and a BA from Southwestern Adventist University.
