He also has experience in corporate strategy across global markets and leveraging consumer insights for customer loyalty. Prior to Walgreens, Holyk was a vice president at dunnhumby and Shoppers Drug Mart, where he managed a loyalty program and customer marketing. He began his career at Loblaw Companies Limited. Adam Holyk holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, a Master of Business Administration from York University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Aubrey L. Layne, Jr. is the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Sentara Health, a position he has held since July 2021. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing various teams including legislative affairs, real estate, construction, supply chain, security, compliance, internal audit, and privacy. Before joining Sentara, Layne had a distinguished career in Virginia state government, serving under two governors. He was the Virginia Secretary of Finance in Governor Ralph Northam's administration from 2018 to 2021, where he was responsible for the state's revenue forecasts and managing the biennial budget, also acting as the state's CFO. Prior to that, he was appointed as Virginia Secretary of Transportation under Governor Terence McAuliffe from 2014 to 2018, overseeing seven agencies and a significant budget. He also served on the Commonwealth Transportation Board representing Hampton Roads from 2006 until 2014. Layne's professional background also includes experience in the private sector and non-profit organizations. He was the interim President of An Achievable Dream Academy, President and Principal Broker of Great Atlantic Properties, and President of Hofheimer's Inc. He began his career as a certified public accountant with KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Old Dominion University. Layne is also involved in various boards, currently serving as the Chairman of the Virginia Port Authority Board of Commissioners and as a member of the TowneBank corporate board. He has also been involved with An Achievable Dream for many years.
Prasanna Mohanty serves as the Executive Vice President and President, Ambulatory Care at Sentara Health, where he is responsible for overseeing outpatient services including Primary Care, Specialty Care, Complex Care, Community Care, Therapy, Lab, and Imaging services, as well as supporting the growth of Sentara's integrated delivery network. Prior to joining Sentara, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Providence Health System's Providence Clinical Network, focusing on the alignment of ambulatory services and establishing performance metrics. With over two decades of experience, Mohanty has held senior roles at prominent healthcare organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, and Cedars-Sinai Health System. His professional background also includes experience as an analyst, consultant, and chief financial officer. Academically, he holds an M.S. in Population Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, an M.S. in Health Informatics from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, and an MPH/MBA in Healthcare Management and Finance from Boston University Questrom School of Business. He is a Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is motivated by a desire to enhance healthcare access for vulnerable populations.
Becky Sawyer is the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for Sentara Health, where she is responsible for HR strategy and execution for the organization, which is the second-largest private employer in Virginia with over 30,000 employees. She has held increasingly responsible HR leadership positions throughout her nearly 30-year career with Sentara. Prior to her current role, she was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Sentara Healthcare, responsible for HR administration for 28,000 employees across 12 hospitals and integrated health system operations. She also previously served as Vice President of HR for a number of Sentara hospitals and entities. Sawyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Troy University and a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University. She is involved in numerous professional and community organizations, serving on the boards of the Virginia Business Higher Education Council, An Achievable Dream Virginia Beach, Inc., Virginia Ready, and the Neptune Festival. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Tim Skeen is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Sentara Health. Dr. Dan Dickinson is the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Complex Care at Sentara Health. A Virginia Beach native, he majored in biology at the University of Virginia, earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine, and holds a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Dickinson has over 35 years of experience in the medical field and is a board-certified internist. His career includes roles at a Nepalese clinic, 12 years in primary care and hospital medicine on the Eastern Shore, and work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where he handled population-based investigations into HIV/AIDS and STDs, and the Virginia Department of Health. He served as an internist with Sentara for 11 years and as its Medical Director for Clinical Integration for six years before becoming Vice President for Complex Care Solutions in early 2020. In his current role, he leads efforts to transform care for Sentara's sickest and most vulnerable patients and designs innovative delivery models that integrate various departments and link patients to community services. He also previously served as Medical Director at Sentara Quality Care Network (SQCN).

He has over 25 years of experience in the medical field and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1996. Dr. Pierce's areas of specialty include Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Internal Medicine. He is affiliated with Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
