Jeffrey Feit, MD, MSHA, is the Chief Population and Community Health Officer and Chief Medical Information Officer at Valley Health System. He became part of the administrative team at Valley Health in 2011 or 2012, following six years as vice president of Medical Affairs at Page Memorial Hospital. His tenure at Page Memorial Hospital spanned from 2000 to 2012, where he held roles including Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Feit has a background in family medicine, having practiced in Luray and Fairfax, Virginia, and served on the faculty of Family Medicine departments at Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Virginia. His career began as a physician at Inova Health System from 1998 to 2000. Dr. Feit completed his medical degree and a family medicine residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He also holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Public Policy from Princeton University. He is recognized as an experienced physician leader with expertise in population health, community health, and clinical informatics.

Elizabeth Savage, MSOD, is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Valley Health System, a position she has held since 2010. She also serves as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Community Health and Wellness. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Savage has worked in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Valley Health, she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bon Secours Charity Health System. Her background also includes leadership roles at GE Capital, Norbert Technologies, and Hyperion Software. Savage earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University/National Training Laboratory and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/MIS from the University at Albany, SUNY. She is also certified in Lean and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration. Additionally, she serves on the Discovery Museum Board in Winchester and is involved in community efforts to create healthcare career paths.
