It provides services from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, offering accessible orthopedic and sports medicine care.

Ochsner Health has announced a new three-year agreement with Latent, formalizing their collaboration which began in November 2023. This partnership focuses on leveraging AI-driven clinical tools to streamline prior authorizations for specialty, infusion, and retail pharmacy, as well as for medical benefits. The AI platform from Latent has demonstrated significant impact, reducing prior authorization review times at Ochsner to an average of four to five minutes, which is 75% faster than industry benchmarks. This efficiency gain is aimed at accelerating time-to-therapy for patients and improving the morale of the pharmacy team by reducing administrative burden. Ochsner has designated Latent as its enterprise technology partner for medication access, planning to scale the platform across its pharmacy network for various workflows, including appeals and real-time eligibility audits, and to jointly develop new product features for future applications. Both organizations emphasize a shared vision for enhancing patient outcomes and optimizing workflows through technology.
