Donald B. Halliwill is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Carilion Clinic. He joined Carilion in 1997 and has over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance. Rawle "Tony" Seupaul, MD, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Physician Executive at Carilion Clinic. He is recognized nationally for his knowledge in evidence-based medicine education and applying science to healthcare. Dr. Seupaul graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from the Honors in Medical Education Program at Northwestern University in Chicago in 1997. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, where he was also chief resident. He holds a master's degree in healthcare delivery from Dartmouth College. Before joining Carilion Clinic, Dr. Seupaul was the executive associate dean for Clinical Affairs and the Stanley E. Reed endowed professor and chair of Emergency Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), starting there in 2013. He also served on the Emergency Medicine faculty at Indiana University School of Medicine and Wishard Health Services in Indianapolis. In his current role at Carilion Clinic, Dr. Seupaul is responsible for the operation of their multi-specialty physician group, which includes over 800 physicians and 300 nurse practitioners and physician assistants across 70 medical specialties. His focus is on balancing clinical practice, education, and research to ensure clinical excellence, reduce costs, and improve quality and the patient experience. He also serves on several national boards for Emergency Medicine and is an elected member of the board of directors of the Association of Academic Chairs. He is also a professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.

Arthur T. Ollendorff is the Designated Institutional Official and GME Officer at Carilion Clinic, as well as the Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. He is also a professor of obstetrics and gynecology and health systems and implementation science at VTCSOM. Before joining Carilion, Dr. Ollendorff served as the director of medical education at Mountain Area Health Education Center and clinical professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in Asheville, NC. At Mission Health, he worked as an OB hospitalist, the Women's Service Line leader at Mission Hospital, a physician champion for North Carolina Medicaid, and the clinical lead for maternal projects for the Perinatal Quality Collaborative of North Carolina (PQCNC). Dr. Ollendorff earned his medical degree and completed his OB/GYN residency at Northwestern University Medical School. He was a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Cincinnati for 13 years, where he focused on integrating evidence-based medicine into medical education. During his time in Cincinnati, he held leadership roles including OB/GYN Residency Program director, chair of the GME Competency Committee, chair of the competency and assessment task force for the medical school curriculum re-design, and Chief of GYN at the VA Medical Center. Nationally, Dr. Ollendorff is the current president of the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) and has been involved in several ACGME initiatives. He has over 30 years of experience in the medical field and is a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist in Roanoke, VA, affiliated with Mission Hospital and Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
