Sowmya Viswanathan, MD, MBA, MHCM, FACP, is the Chief Physician Executive at BayCare, a position she assumed on January 1, 2023. She initially joined BayCare in June 2022 as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for St. Joseph's, St. Joseph's Children's, and St. Joseph's Women's hospitals in Tampa. Dr. Viswanathan is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over two decades of experience in quality care, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. Prior to her time at BayCare, she served as the Group Chief Medical Officer for Tenet Health in Massachusetts, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Her extensive background also includes leadership roles at Dartmouth Health's Accountable Care Organization, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care & Network Health, and UMass Memorial Medical Center. She holds a medical degree from Madurai Medical College in India, completed her residency at the Boston University Residency Program, and earned a Master's in Healthcare Management (MHCM) from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she has also been an instructor and program director. Additionally, she holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts.

Patricia “Trish” Shucoski, DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, is the Chief Nurse Executive for BayCare Health System, where she oversees nursing practice, programs, and education across its 16 hospitals and manages over 11,000 nurses. She assumed this role in December, succeeding Lisa Johnson upon her retirement. Prior to becoming Chief Nurse Executive, Shucoski served as BayCare's vice president of customer access and operational excellence. Before joining BayCare in June 2023, Shucoski was the senior vice president of performance excellence and system integration at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia since 2019. Her experience also includes roles at Cooper University Hospital, where she was the vice president of patient care services for four years and executive director of hospital-based services for three years. As a registered nurse in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she worked at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where she held the position of chief nurse, and at Hahnemann University Hospital/Tenet Healthcare. Shucoski holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in healthcare systems leadership from Chamberlain University, a Master of Science in nursing, leadership/nursing management from Drexel University, and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Villanova University. She also earned associate degrees from the State University of New York at Farmingdale in allied health and science/nursing and from Nassau Community College in science. Shucoski has nearly 20 years of experience as a healthcare leader and is a Florida licensed nurse.
Keri Eisenbeis serves as the Chief of Staff and Chief Communications and Marketing Officer at BayCare Health System. She joined BayCare 16 years ago as the director of government relations, child advocacy, and ambulatory care for St. Joseph's Children's Hospital in Tampa. She has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Government Relations (2011-2017), Director of Government Relations and Community Outreach (2017-2018), and Vice President of Government and Community Relations (2018-2022). She assumed the role of Chief of Staff upon Stephanie Conners' arrival as BayCare President and CEO in 2022. In May 2025, her role expanded to include oversight of marketing efforts, adding "Marketing" to her title. Eisenbeis's responsibilities include supporting the BayCare President and CEO, leading external affairs with a focus on government relations, strategic communications, community benefit, and broader community partnerships, and overseeing the health system's research administration. She is also the Vice Chair of Human Resources for Metropolitan Ministries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from Emory University (1991-1995), where she was involved in student government and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and completed post-graduate studies at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland (1995-1996) as a Bobby Jones Scholar. She also earned a Master of Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2016-2018). Her hometown is Wamego, Kansas.
Jennifer Touse is the Chief Legal Officer at BayCare Health System. She began her tenure at BayCare in 2011 as a contract coordinator, joining shortly after the establishment of the in-house Legal Services Department. Prior to becoming Chief Legal Officer, Touse held several roles within the department, including associate counsel, associate counsel of special projects and strategic initiatives, manager, and department director. She served as interim Chief Legal Officer starting in September 2021. Touse is an alumna of the University of Florida, where she completed a double major in psychology and business management, and earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2011. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, she relocated to Florida for her college education. She was named to the Tampa Bay Business Journal's 2024 40 Under 40 list.
C. Todd Jones is the Chief Ambulatory Services Officer at BayCare, a role he assumed on February 6, 2023. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing various ambulatory services including laboratory, imaging, ambulatory surgery, telehealth, urgent care, and BayCare HomeCare. Before his current role, Jones served as BayCare's vice president of ambulatory experience and operations for five years. His accomplishments in this role included expanding care sites, facilitating the expansion of COVID-19 testing, and negotiating a joint venture for an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Prior to his tenure at BayCare, Jones had a career spanning over two decades at Baptist Health System in central Kentucky, where he held several leadership positions, including president of Baptist Health in Richmond, Ky. He holds a bachelor's degree in health science and a master's degree in health administration from the University of Kentucky.
