Lisa Shannon

President and Chief Executive Officer

Lisa Shannon was appointed to the role of CEO Jan. 1, 2022. She has the responsibility to set the overall strategic direction for Allina Health, ensuring the organization delivers exceptional care and supports the health and well-being of all those served. Prior to her appointment as CEO, she served as president and chief operating officer, accountable for driving exceptional clinical, operational and financial performance, thus allowing Allina Health to deliver quality, affordable care to the communities we serve.

Lawrence Cho

Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

Lawrence Cho is the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Allina Health. In this role, he is responsible for advancing Allina Health's strategic, innovation, and growth initiatives, with a focus on accelerating organizational performance. He also leads the exploration and execution of enterprise strategic partnerships. Cho oversees corporate strategy and corporate development to navigate industry changes and ensure Allina Health's future mission fulfillment. Additionally, he is responsible for the organization's technology platforms, enterprise analytics, market development, philanthropy, and ventures portfolio. Before joining Allina Health in 2021, Cho was a member of Mayo Clinic's executive team. At Mayo Clinic, he served as chief operating officer for Mayo Clinic International, focusing on expanding their model of care globally, and as chair of Corporate Development, leading enterprise-wide strategic partnership and merger & acquisition initiatives. Prior to his time at Mayo Clinic, Cho held various finance, strategy, and business development positions at Medtronic, McKinsey & Company, and General Mills. Cho holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He graduated from the Ross School of Business with high distinction. During his MBA studies, he led healthcare projects in emerging markets while working with the William Davidson Institute. His current and past board memberships include Flare Capital Partners (Advisory Board), SSMC (Abu Dhabi hospital – Executive Board), Wuxi Diagnostics (Board), Make-A-Wish Foundation (Executive Board), Wolverine Venture Fund (Healthcare Board), and Mu Performing Arts (theater and arts – Executive Board and CFO). He also serves on advisory boards for the Healthcare Management Academy, AMN Healthcare, and AvaSure Health.

Kerri Gordon

Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs Officer

Kerri Gordon is the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs Officer at Allina Health. She has served in various leadership capacities at Allina Health for more than a decade, including Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs, Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations, and Public Affairs Manager. Before her tenure at Allina Health, Gordon gained experience in public affairs and public policy roles at non-profit organizations, worked as a legislative assistant with the Minnesota State Senate, and was part of a lobbying firm focused on women's health issues in Washington, D.C. Kerri Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University in Washington, D.C., and a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. She is currently a board member of the Greater Twin Cities United Way and has previously served on the boards of the ALS Association MN/ND/SD Chapter and CornerHouse. In her current role at Allina Health, she oversees marketing, communications, public affairs, media relations, community benefit and engagement, and volunteer programs.

Sanjay Pratap Singh, MD

Executive Vice President, Chief Clinical Executive

Dr. Sanjay Singh is responsible for Allina Health's physician and provider enterprise. In collaboration with our Institute Presidents, Dr. Singh leads Allina Health's strategic priorities involving our distinct clinical programs and market leading experience. He also works to elevate the voice of physicians across the enterprise in partnership with Allina Health's Chief Medical Executive. Prior to his role as Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Singh served as President of the Allina Health Institute of Neurosciences, Spine & Pain.

Sarah Stumme

Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Sarah Stumme is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Allina Health, having joined the organization in December 2013. In this role, she is responsible for Allina Health's people strategies, aiming to maintain an engaged workforce dedicated to providing exceptional care. She offers strategic vision and leadership across the entire Human Resources function, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Her areas of leadership include Talent-Learning-Culture and Labor Relations. Before her time at Allina Health, Stumme held various HR leadership and operations positions across different industries. Her previous roles include positions at G&K Services Inc. from June 2011 to December 2013, BAE Systems from September 2008 to July 2011 (where she was an HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner), the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and HealthEast Care System. Sarah Stumme holds a Bachelor of Arts in HR Management and a Master's degree in Organizational Management, both from Concordia University-St. Paul. She is also a board member for Project for Pride in Living.

Hsieng Su, MD

Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Executive

Dr. Hsieng Su serves as the senior executive responsible for clinical performance and advancing Allina Health's safety, quality and population health journey. Prior to joining Allina Health in 2021, Dr. Su was at SSM Health-St. Louis as the Regional Chief Medical Officer, where she was an integral part of improving patient care by leading clinical teams across five specialty areas, creating a physician leadership development program, providing leadership to the SSM Health-St. Louis Institutional Review Board and research contracts with the affiliated academic university.

Dominica Tallarico

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Before joining Allina Health in 2023, Tallarico served as the executive vice president of the Illinois market for Advocate Health. She was responsible for operations, acute and ambulatory strategy and has extensive experience establishing population health capabilities. Tallarico began her career as a registered dental hygienist and after obtaining her master's degree, she spent twelve years at Loyola Medicine rising to the AVP of managed care, business development, and physician services.
