Ms. Kim A. Keck has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) from 2016. During her leadership at BCBSRI, she advanced a vision to lead a state of health and well-being across Rhode Island, focusing on strategic initiatives around cost and value stewardship, convenience, and comprehensive health for the plan's members.
