Ms. Kim A. Keck has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) from 2016.
