Robert Bunch is a 20-year veteran with Anthem. He previously served as COO and Vice President of Anthem National Accounts. He has held various management and leadership positions including sales, account management, product development, government and regulatory compliance, systems integration, and business migration activity. He was also the Regional Vice President for Sales for the Georgia commercial plan. Bunch is active in the health IT community in Georgia and serves on several advisory boards. He serves on the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board, the Atlanta Rotary, and the Blue Ventures Advisory Fund. He has been recognized as one of Atlanta Magazine's Top 500 and Georgia Trend magazine's 500 Influential Leaders. He replaced Pam Stahl.
Brent M. Radcliff is Associate General Counsel of Brand at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (โBCBSAโ). He provides practical advice and creative solutions to assist and build partnerships with business clients and licensees to allow them to make informed decisions involving intellectual property and branding related matters globally. Brent's responsibilities included developing, maintaining, and enforcing the company's intellectual property (โIPโ) rights in over 150 countries; assessing availability of new marks; and collaborating with branding, marketing, and information security partners to protect the company's assets. Prior to joining BCBSA, he served as in house counsel for a Fortune 200 company where he drafted, negotiated, and advised clients on sponsorship and marketing agreements, SaaS agreements, software license agreements, and other technology and commercial agreements. Brent also has experience in private practice where he concentrated on brand management, trademark prosecution, intellectual property counseling, litigation, and enforcement. Brent holds leadership roles in the Gate City Bar Association, Atlanta IP Inn of Court, U.S. Intellectual Property Alliance, International Trademark Association and was recently elected to the National Bar Association's 40 under 40 โ Nation's Best Advocates. Brent is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and serves as Legal Counsel for the Mid-Atlantic Association of Alpha Chapters. He holds a Juris Doctorate and Bachelor's degree from Howard University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and Maryland.
