John W. Doll is the Chief Operating Officer at RWJBarnabas Health. He was appointed to this newly created position, which also holds the title of Senior Executive Vice President, effective in March 2022. He began his career in the Healthcare Audit and Consulting practice at Ernst & Young. Doll is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the University of Delaware. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He has also served on numerous internal and external boards and is involved in community organizations. He has been recognized by Becker's Hospital Review as an Academic Medical Center/Health System COO to Know. He is noted for his business acumen and long-term vision, which have been instrumental in maximizing operations and ensuring resources are appropriately allocated. He has also been a proponent of addressing social determinants of health.

Dr. Andy Anderson is the Executive Vice President, Chief Medical & Quality Officer at RWJBarnabas Health. An internist by training, he continues to see patients as a primary care physician and previously worked as a hospitalist for many years. He is responsible for leading the system's clinical mission, overseeing clinical outcomes, quality, safety, and patient experience for over 41,000 employees, including 9,000 physicians. He also directs the Health Equity Division. Before becoming Chief Medical & Quality Officer, Dr. Anderson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Combined Medical Group of RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Health, a position he took on in 2018. This combined group is one of the largest provider consortia in the country. Prior to joining RWJBarnabas Health, Dr. Anderson held leadership positions at a regional not-for-profit healthcare system and multiple leadership roles at national healthcare systems for over 15 years, including Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin where he was Chief Medical Officer, NorthShore University HealthSystem, the University of Chicago Hospitals, and the Medical College of Wisconsin/Froedtert Health. At Aurora Health Care, he was responsible for strategic direction and operational deployment of physician and clinical support functions, research, medical education, and medical staff services. Dr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Arts and Medical Doctor degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Marquette University. He has been recognized for his leadership, including being named an Influencer in Health Care by ROI-NJ in 2024 and a Chief Medical Officer to Know by Becker's Hospital Review in 2023 and 2024. Thomas A. Biga is the Executive Vice President and President of the Northwest Region at RWJBarnabas Health. He has held various leadership capacities within the system since joining in 1993. Prior to his current role, Biga served as Chief Executive Officer at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and Clara Maass Medical Center. He also held the position of former president of RWJBarnabas Health's hospital division, overseeing operations across the system's twelve adult hospitals and four children's hospitals.
William Faverzani serves as the Senior Vice President of Children's Services at RWJBarnabas Health. Prior to his current role, Faverzani was the vice president, senior operations officer of Children's Enterprise at Hackensack Meridian Health, joining in 2018. Dr. Ghinassi holds academic appointments as Professor at Rutgers Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at Rutgers Robert Wood Medical School, Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and Core Faculty at Rutgers Global Health Institute. George Helmy is the Executive Vice President, Chief External Affairs and Policy Officer at RWJBarnabas Health. Christopher James is the Vice President of Government Affairs at RWJBarnabas Health. He has a background of over 20 years in government, policymaking, and community organizing, including roles at the State House in Trenton. James also served as the Executive Director for the New Jersey Democratic State Committee. In addition to his role at RWJBarnabas Health, he was elected to the East Orange Municipal Council in 2012 and has served as East Orange Council President Emeritus. Steven K. Libutti, MD, FACS, is the Senior Vice President for Oncology Services at RWJBarnabas Health, a role he has held since January 2017. Suzanne Spernal is the Senior Vice President, Women's Health at RWJBarnabas Health. In this role, she is responsible for the leadership, strategy, and management of the health system's women's service line, which includes nine maternity programs supporting a significant number of births annually in New Jersey. Spernal is recognized for her work in advocating for women's health, wellness, and safety, and is committed to reducing preventable morbidity, mortality, and racial disparities in maternity care.
