Graduate of West Virginia University (WVU) with a bachelor's in health care administration. Started her career at Aetna where she held various roles before taking on the role of Chief Operations Officer for the West Virginia plan. Started at CAMC in 2018 to develop and launch the clinically integrated network now known as Vandalia Health Network. In 2021, Michelle led the formation the Vandalia Provider and Hospital Organization where she serves as President.
With over 25 years of experience in hospital operations and executive leadership across various health systems. Previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Operations Officer for the Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and previously in our region served as the President and CEO of West Penn Hospital and Chief Operating Officer of Allegheny General Hospital both in Pittsburgh, PA, part of Allegheny Health Network, among many other leadership roles throughout his career nationally.
