He held various roles at Plateau Medical Center, including Director of ICU, Telemetry, Medsurg, OBS, Orthopedics, and Emergency Management, Director of Surgery, and Chief Nursing Officer, before becoming Chief Executive Officer. He completed a bachelor's degree in nursing at West Virginia University and an MBA at the University of Charleston.
