Edward Nawrocki

President, East Region and St. Luke's Anderson Campus

Edward Nawrocki serves as the President, East Region and St. Luke's Anderson Campus at St. Luke's University Health Network. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing St. Luke's Monroe, Easton, and Quakertown Campuses, in addition to his leadership duties at the Anderson Campus. Edward Nawrocki holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. He has also served on the boards of the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) and Moravian Hall Square.

John Nespoli

President St. Luke's Lehighton Campus and St. Luke's Carbon Campus

John Nespoli is the President of St. Luke's Lehighton Campus and St. Luke's Carbon Campus at St. Luke's University Health Network. He holds a master's degree in Public Health from the University of Michigan and has over 40 years of experience in healthcare administration, having led hospital and healthcare networks in five different states. Prior to joining St. Luke's, he served as President and CEO of Sacred Heart HealthCare System in Allentown starting in 2009 until its merger with St. Luke's University Health Network in 2018. Upon joining St. Luke's, he initially oversaw the integration of Sacred Heart into the network. He was appointed President of the St. Luke's Gnaden Huetten / Palmerton campuses (now known as the Lehighton and Carbon campuses) in December 2018 and has since overseen significant developments, including the construction and opening of the new St. Luke's Carbon Campus. His background also includes experience at Guthrie Health System in Sayre, Pa., and senior executive roles in healthcare systems throughout the Northeast.

Evan Ochs

Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

A graduate of Quakertown Community High School, he is a lifelong resident of Quakertown. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Respiratory Care from St. Joseph's College and a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University. Pfleiger's career in healthcare began as a staff respiratory therapist at the former Quakertown Hospital and St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem. He also served as Vice President for Healthcare Services at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery and Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown. Returning to St. Luke's, he became Chief Operating Officer of the Quakertown Campus before being promoted to President of both the Quakertown and Upper Bucks Campuses.

Rajika Reed, Ph.D., MPH, M.Ed.

Vice President Community Health

Rajika Reed, Ph.D., MPH, M.Ed., is the Vice President of Community Health at St. Luke's University Health Network. She joined St. Luke's in 2012 as the Network Director of Epidemiology and was promoted to Senior Director of Epidemiology and Strategy in 2018. Prior to her time at St. Luke's, Reed held various positions in research, data evaluation, and local community health programs. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of public health. Reed holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State University, a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Education from Lehigh University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Instructional Design from Lehigh University. In her role as Vice President of Community Health, she focuses on achieving health equity, reducing health disparities, and managing the Community Health Needs Assessments across St. Luke's campuses. She is also an adjunct professor at Lehigh University and an adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the Temple Lewis Katz School of Medicine. Her research interests include serving vulnerable populations, health equity, and the use of geographic information systems (GIS) in public health education.

Donna Sabol

Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer

Donna Sabol is the Senior Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at St. Luke's University Health Network, where she has been an integral part for 40 years. In her role, she focuses on gathering and reviewing data to determine the quality of services and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare. Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer

Trish Savitsky, CIA, CIPP/US, is the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at St. Luke's University Health Network. Before joining St. Luke's, she was the Senior Vice President & Chief Services Officer at TMG Health, a national provider of Business Process Outsourcing solutions for government health programs. In that role, she was responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring companywide alignment to enhance service delivery. Ms. Savitsky also served as TMG Health's Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer starting in 2012. Her prior experience includes being Vice President of Corporate Assurance and Compliance and Privacy & Security Officer at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, and Director of Medicare Operations at TMG Health. She holds a master's degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Donald Seiple

President St. Luke's Monroe Campus

Donald C. Seiple Jr. is the President of St. Luke's Monroe Campus at St. Luke's University Health Network. He assumed this role in February 2016, in anticipation of the hospital's opening later that year. Seiple started his career at St. Luke's in 2000 as a biomedical equipment technician, helping to create an in-house nuclear medicine service program. In 2007, he became St. Luke's Network Director of Clinical Engineering, managing equipment, contracts, and compliance. Before his presidency at the Monroe Campus, Seiple was the Network's Vice President of Operations from 2010, overseeing a range of operational services. His educational background includes degrees in Specialized Technology Electronics from Lincoln Technical Institute, Business Administration from Northampton Community College, and Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Liberty University. Seiple is also the Vice Chair of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Ashley Swope MSN, RN

Chief Nursing Officer

Ashley Swope, MSN, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer at St. Luke's University Health Network. She began her career at St. Luke's in 2011 as a Patient Care Assistant, becoming a Registered Nurse in 2012. She progressed through various roles, including Patient Care Manager from 2016 to 2017 and Director of Patient Care Services in 2018. She has held the position of Vice President Patient Care Services since November 2020. Ashley Swope earned her Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from DeSales University between 2007 and 2012, and a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Moravian University between 2015 and 2019. Kenneth Szydlow

Vice President Chief Marketing Officer

Kenneth Szydlow serves as the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at St. Luke's University Health Network. He has over 30 years of experience in marketing. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing marketing, advertising, public relations, business development, and crisis communication for the health system. He utilizes market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to develop brand strategies, advertising initiatives, customer relationship management efforts, and communications center management. Prior to his time at St. Luke's, his career progression included leadership positions such as Managing Partner at Szydlow & Foster, LLC, Vice President of Business Development at Health Quest, and Director of Planning and Business Development at Elizabeth General Medical Center. Kenneth Szydlow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned an MBA from Duke University. He has been recognized for his work, including receiving Mid-Atlantic Emmy® awards as an executive producer for "The PEAK TV" and "St. Luke's HealthNow," programs in partnership with ASR Media Productions. He has also been involved in initiatives promoting health and activity, such as the "Get Your Tail on the Trail" program with the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor.

Robert Wax, Esq.

General Counsel Senior Vice President Legal Services

Serves as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel for St. Luke's University Health Network. He is responsible for representing the Network in connection with various transactional matters, including physician practice acquisitions, joint ventures, employment agreements and real estate acquisitions, and for providing general advice concerning litigation matters, intellectual property issues and healthcare regulatory matters. Robby joined St. Luke's in 2004 following seven years in a large, multinational law firm based in Philadelphia, one year as a law clerk for the Honorable Herbert J. Hutton of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and three years as an adjunct professor at the Temple Law School, where he taught a class entitled, "Business Mergers & Acquisitions." Robby graduated with distinction from The Goizueta Business School of Emory University (BBA 1994) and received his law degree from The James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University (JD 1997), summa cum laude, where he served as the Articles Editor for the Temple Law Review.

Scott Wolfe

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Wolfe is the Network Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at St. Luke's University Health Network, a position he has held permanently since August 2022 after serving as interim CFO since January 2022. With nearly 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Wolfe has held various leadership roles, including chief executive, chief operating, and chief financial officer at hospitals in the Reading area. Before his appointment as CFO, he was the president of St. Luke's Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, from 2012 to 2022. His experience also includes serving as the President & CEO of The Reading Hospital. Wolfe is a CPA and an alumnus of Albright College.
