Jill Muir, DNP, MS, RN, CCM, NE-BC is the Chief Nursing Officer at Penn Highlands Healthcare. She has been involved in initiatives at Penn Highlands Healthcare related to nurse professional growth, shared decision-making, and achieving the Pathway to Excellence designation for Penn Highlands DuBois. She has also participated in discussions regarding tackling surgical backlogs.
