Michael Phelps was selected as Ridgeview's new President and CEO in 2017. [10, 14] He previously held executive positions including Vice President of Diversified Services (2006-2010), Chief Administrative Officer (2010-2013), and Chief Operating Officer (since 2013). [10, 14] In his executive roles, Phelps has led operations for Ridgeview's network of hospitals, clinics, and outreach services. [10, 14] He has also been involved in developing business strategies, expansion projects, clinical partnerships, and leading financial operations. [10] Phelps also led the development of Ridgeview's first Accountable Care Organization, serving as CEO of Ridgeview Community Network. [10, 14]
Dr. Herold is also Chief of Staff for the Arlington and Le Sueur Campuses and Emergency Medicine Service Line Chair. [9]
