Tauana McDonald

President & CEO

Effective July 1, 2024. First African American woman to hold the position in the organization's history. Joined Trinity Health in 2003. Previously Chief Administrative Officer at Mount Carmel in 2017 and President and Chief Operating Officer of Mount Carmel Grove City in 2020. Led system's work to align operating models, develop programs and partnerships. Described as a trusted, influential, results-driven, versatile leader critical to financial, quality, and culture turnaround. Earned bachelor's degree in human biology from Stanford University and master's in healthcare administration and management from the University of Michigan.

Lyn Flanagan

Vice President of Managed Care, Mount Carmel Health System

Leads system-wide payer, product, and payment innovation strategy and oversees business relationships with health plans. Previously served as VP of Network Management at UnitedHealthcare and The Physicians Assurance Corporation. Also served as Executive Director, Managed Care and Central Billing Office at MaternOhio Management Services. Began career as an operating room nurse, specializing in open heart and general surgery. Received Diploma in Nursing and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Mount Carmel. Committed to supporting programs enhancing quality, better health, and better care at lower costs in collaboration with Mount Carmel Health Partners.

Patrick McMahon

Vice President of Network Development

More than 25 years of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry including building networks in multiple states with oversight of credentialing, provider relations, provider data, network development, analytics and value-based contracting. Earned an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Six Sigma Black Belt and has a bachelor's degree from Ohio University.

Bryan Ghiloni, MD

President, Mount Carmel Health Partners

Served in Mount Carmel Health System since 2006. Before being appointed President of Mount Carmel Health Partners in 2024, served as Medical Director of Mount Carmel Health Partners and Medical Director of Mount Carmel Medical Group. Leadership throughout Mount Carmel Health System instrumental in clinical, operational, and financial performances. Certified Physician Executive (CPE) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP) and continues to practice primary care in New Albany.

Tricia Wise

Director of Population Health

Responsible for oversight of daily program activities and providing leadership to RNs, healthcare specialists, and other healthcare professionals to assure effective care management. Develops, implements, and manages care management plans and related activities to ensure program goals are met. Previously managed the Heart Failure & Structural Heart Services for Mount Carmel Health System and instrumental in implementation of Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic.
