Chairman and CEO

Michael Sarian is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Healthcare Systems (AHS). [8] He is a healthcare industry leader with over 30 years of interdisciplinary leadership experience as a senior healthcare executive. [8] His experience includes serving as a multihospital CEO, a multispecialty medical group CEO, hospital CFO, and other senior executive-level positions. [8] He has played a role in transforming struggling hospitals and previously oversaw operations of 45 hospitals in 15 states as President of Hospital Operations for Prime Healthcare Management Inc. [8] He holds a PhD in public health, an MBA from the University of La Verne, and a degree in business administration from California State University Los Angeles. [8]

Jonathan Burket, JD

Chief Compliance Officer

Jonathan Burket is the Chief Compliance Officer for American Healthcare Systems (AHS). [2] He is responsible for monitoring and implementing programs to guide AHS with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. [2] Prior to joining AHS, he worked for a law firm in Wisconsin that represented several hospitals and also worked in marketing for a real estate developer. [2] He received his undergraduate degree in marketing management and management-entrepreneurship, innovation and technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his juris doctorate and master of business administration from Marquette University. Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle

Pam Hinson is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle for American Healthcare Systems. [3] She is responsible for all revenue cycle operations for all facilities owned or operated by AHS. [3] She has over 40 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with acute care community hospitals, district hospitals, and for-profit multi-hospital systems. [3] Her expertise includes revenue cycle leadership related to managed care contracting, surgery scheduling, insurance verification, patient access, care management, and chargemaster billing and collections. [3] Pam previously held revenue cycle leadership positions for various healthcare organizations including Antelope Valley Healthcare District, Alecto Healthcare Services, and others. [3]
