A nationally recognized healthcare leader and innovator, Dr. Lubarsky joined WMCHealth from UC Davis Health, where he previously served as Vice Chancellor of Human Health Sciences and CEO.
An experienced professional with decades of tenure in the financial industry.
In his position, Pryor oversees WMCHealth's workforce recruitment, labor relations and workforce policies. His priorities include recruitment and retention as well as new strategies for workforce communication and employee engagement for WMCHealth's 13,000 workforce members.
Josh Ratner also serves as Chief Executive Officer of HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley. In his leadership role, Ratner oversaw and led the effort to deliver on the vision of a new HealthAlliance Hospital in Kingston, and led a public-private collaboration that resulted in the creation of a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence at MidHudson Regional Hospital and the restoration of mental health inpatient beds.
In his role, Dr. Tedjarati is responsible for the integration and strategic oversight of all clinical services across WMCHealth's 10 hospitals, ensuring that the care provided across clinical services and hospitals are streamlined, coordinated, integrated and seamless.
Roman brings extensive public policy, legislative and leadership experience to her position at WMCHealth. Prior to joining WMCHealth, Roman was employed by NYC Health + Hospitals as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Roman also served as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel to the New York City Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs.
Brand joins WMCHealth with more than two decades of experience developing multifaceted healthcare marketing plans that include tactics for workforce engagement, press interaction, social media and web strategies as well as customer relations management. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Jefferson University/Jefferson Health.
