G. Mark O'Bryant is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc., the parent corporation of Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. He assumed the role in July 2003. Since arriving at Tallahassee Memorial, Mr. O'Bryant has focused on clinical, operational and financial improvements centered on the development of a patient and family-centered care model. The organization has been restructured around eight clinical service lines. He has also coordinated the development and implementation of a metrics-driven strategic plan. Prior to his recruitment to Tallahassee, Mr. O'Bryant came from Memorial Health Care System, Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he served as Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. O'Bryant is a Diplomat in the American College of Health Care Executives. His undergraduate degree is from Brigham Young University; his Master of Health Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees are from Georgia State University. [2]
Nigel Allen serves as the President and Chief Advancement Officer for the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) Foundation. He graduated from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Political Science and Government. Prior to his role at TMH Foundation, Allen was the Executive Director for Big Bend Hospice Foundation. He also served as the Operations Manager for the Pensacola News Journal from 2002 to 2005, where he was responsible for sales and marketing for multiple publications and successfully launched the Pensacola Business Journal. During his time at the Pensacola News Journal, he also directed a turnaround of the Pelican Community Newspaper, significantly increasing revenues and circulation. Before that, he was the Owner of AdMonsters Inc. from 2001 to 2002. Allen has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit development, utilizing skills learned from previous roles, including selling advertising for magazines.
Joseph Camps, MD is the Vice President and Chief Academic Officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH), and also serves on the TMH Board of Directors. He is actively involved in the development of a new medical initiative between Florida State University (FSU) and TMH. Dr. Camps is a urologist who graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He completed a residency at the University of Texas - MD Anderson Cancer Center and also trained at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He was a member of the second graduating class of the PIMS program at Florida State University. His specialties include Urology and Urologic Oncology. He has experience with conditions such as Urinary Incontinence and Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), and Urinary Calculi & Removal. Prior to his current role, he was Chief of Surgery at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. Dr. Camps has also been recognized for his contributions to medicine and was inducted into the FSU College of Medicine Hall of Fame in 2024.
Stephanie Derzypolski, MBA, is the Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH), a position she has held since joining TMH in 2011. She possesses over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with leadership roles in marketing, communications, and business development. Prior to her time at TMH, she served as the Director of Business Growth at HCA for three years, starting in January 2009. Stephanie Derzypolski holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in marketing from Florida State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management. In addition to her professional roles, she has been involved in various non-profits and community groups focused on making a positive impact in the Big Bend region.
Andrea Friall, MD, is the Vice President, Chief Medical Officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). She is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Friall received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Florida State University, her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology training at Tulane University. She has been a physician and partner with North Florida Women's Care since 2001. Dr. Friall accepted the role of Chief Medical Officer for TMH in 2016. Her previous roles at TMH include Medical Staff Chair, Medical Executive Committee member, Medical Staff Secretary/Treasurer, Credentials Committee Chair, and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Chair. She is also involved with the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the National Medical Association, the William Gunn Medical Society, and the Capital Medical Society. Dr. Friall also serves as an Associate Clinical Professor for the FSU College of Medicine OB/GYN Clerkship. She is the first Black woman to serve as CMO for TMH.
Jana Iezzi-Tumblin is the Vice President and Chief Improvement & Analytics Officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). She has held this role since May 2019. In this position, she is responsible for a range of areas including Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Regulatory readiness, Patient Experience, Decision Support, Lean Improvement services, and Clinical Documentation Integrity. Prior to joining TMH, she served as the Director of Performance Improvement at Halifax Health in Daytona Beach, FL for three years. Before that, she spent 10 years in Tampa, FL, working with nearly 100 not-for-profit hospitals on performance improvement as part of Vizient Southeast. Jana Iezzi-Tumblin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Science in Engineering Management (obtained in 2006), and a Graduate Certificate in Total Quality Management from the University of South Florida (USF), where she was also raised. She was named the 2022 Engineering Manager of the Year by ASEM.
Don Lindsey is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). In this position, he is responsible for the strategic direction, mission, and implementation of information technology across the TMH system, which encompasses a 772-bed hospital and 32 associated physician practices. His responsibilities include overseeing the hospital's technology operations and developing the strategy for outpatient and inpatient electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Lindsey has held this role since at least 2015. He has been involved in significant IT initiatives at TMH, including the transition to the Epic electronic health records system, which he noted was necessary for the system's growth and goals. He also emphasized the value of the regional health information exchange during a 2023 IT security incident for accessing patient records. His areas of oversight include IT implementation, interoperability, and clinical informatics.
Priscilla Needham is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). She brings nearly two decades of accomplished health care financial leadership to her role. Most recently she served as CFO of Billings Clinic, Montana’s largest health care organization. While there, she led the finance and capital plan for a new ambulatory campus. Before serving as CFO of Billings Clinic, Priscilla held various finance leader roles within CommonSpirit at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston, Texas; Centura Health in Colorado; St. Alexius in Bismarck, North Dakota and St. Vincent in Little Rock, Arkansas. Monica Ross is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). She was officially appointed to this role after serving in an interim capacity since July. Ross joined TMH as the Executive Director of Colleague Relations and Human Resource Administration. Before her time at TMH, she had over 13 years of legal experience and most recently served as the Chief Legal Counsel at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. Ross is a Tallahassee native. She holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor from the Florida State University (FSU) College of Law, and a master's degree in integrated marketing communications from the FSU College of Communication & Information. He is an internist with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Watson graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1992 and completed his internship and residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
