Cape Fear Valley Health held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 14, 2025, for the expansion of its First Adventures Child Development Center [3, 5, 12]. The daycare, located at 1727 Roxie Ave in Fayetteville, is a four-star licensed facility serving Cape Fear Valley Health employees [5, 12].
