Daniel (Dan) Weatherly, Chief Operating Officer of Cape Fear Valley Health and President of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, has been with the system since 2011. He leads daily operations and is inspired by the direct impact his work has on patient care across multiple campuses. Dan began his career in healthcare as a physician relations manager and held key leadership roles before becoming COO in 2016. He holds a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of South Florida and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis.
