Executive Leadership

Luke Beirl

President and CEO

Luke Beirl has been appointed President and CEO of Tamarack Health. His appointment follows his 15-month service as Interim CEO for Ashland Medical Center, while he continued to serve as Hayward Medical Center's CEO, a position he has held since 2018. He has been with Tamarack Health for 11 years, starting as a pharmacist in Ashland and later leading the organization's process improvement efforts. Beirl holds a PharmD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from the College of St. Scholastica, and is a fellow of the College of American Healthcare Executives. [5, 6, 11]

Aindrea Lindsay

Chief Clinical Officer

Aindrea Lindsay serves as the Chief Clinical Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services at Tamarack Health Hayward Medical Center, a position she has held since November 2018. She has a diverse background in the healthcare industry, including previous roles such as Administrative Director of Hospital Operations, Critical Care and Pulmonary Services at Gundersen Health System from September 2013 to October 2018. She also served as the Director of Patient Care Services at UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center from July 2006 to September 2013 and as the Director of Clinical Education and Development at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in 2006. Earlier in her career, she was the Cardiac/Critical Care Nurse Residency Coordinator at Meriter Hospital in 2003 and a Clinical Instructor in the Nursing Program at Edgewood College during the same period. Aindrea Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Nursing Science from Edgewood College and two Bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
