He has been with Tamarack Health for 11 years, starting as a pharmacist in Ashland and later leading the organization's process improvement efforts. Beirl holds a PharmD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from the College of St. Scholastica, and is a fellow of the College of American Healthcare Executives.
