The Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), administered by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), has issued several updates relevant to healthcare providers enrolled in its programs. Effective June 4, 2025, the status of inactive Direct Support Worker (DSW) enrollment records was updated to active. Additionally, DHS is organizing webinars in June 2025 to guide PCA and CFSS agency providers through the cost reporting process, a requirement mandated by the Minnesota Legislature, with a warning that failure to comply could lead to the suspension of payments.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has taken action to suspend Medicaid payments to Leo Human Services.
