St. Joseph Medical Center, not Saint Joseph Health System, earned an 'A' Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for the spring of 2025 [9]. This is the fifth consecutive year that St. Joseph Medical Center has received this award, which reflects its commitment to patient safety and quality care [9]. The Leapfrog Group assigns grades based on over 30 measures of errors, accidents, injuries, and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them [9].
