Vice President Human Resources & Emergency Management

Chad Hoffman-Fragale is the Vice President Human Resources & Emergency Management at Finger Lakes Health, a position he has held since July 2020. He has over two decades of diverse work experience, including roles such as Flight Attendant at United Airlines, Administrative Organizer at 1199 SEIU, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Auburn Memorial Hospital. His experience also includes Human Resources leadership positions at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, Agfa Graphics, NYU Winthrop Hospital, National HealthCare Associates, and Juvo - Autism + Behavioral Health Services, where he served as Chief People Officer. Chad Hoffman-Fragale holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Excelsior University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education - Spanish from the State University of New York at Oswego. He has also obtained several certifications, including SHRM-SCP, Certified in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR), and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).

MS. Appointed as Chief Operating Officer for the health system effective July 8. Previously served as Vice President, Community Services. Has demonstrated commitment and dedication to the organization for over 27 years, during which time she has played an integral role in the organization's success and growth. Responsible for the operations of Surgical Services, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, Facilities Management, Materials Management, 16 Primary Care and Specialty Physician Practices, and two Urgent Care locations.

Led numerous construction, renovation, and modernization projects, oversaw energy initiatives, and was instrumental in upgrades of key imaging technology. Also involved with group purchasing organizational changes and provided administrative oversight of the 340B program roll-out and expansion.
