Gregory G. Kile serves as the Chief Insurance Officer at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and concurrently holds the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer at Populytics, Inc., an advanced analytics firm associated with LVHN. He possesses over 35 years of experience in healthcare management. Kile has been instrumental in developing insurance-related capabilities and advancing the Populytics platform, which focuses on utilizing healthcare analytics for population health management and facilitating value-based care. His background includes serving as the founding Executive Director of the Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization (LVPHO) and as Chief Innovation Officer at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania (now Highmark). He returned to LVHN to support initiatives in accountability, advanced analytics, population health management, and payer/partner collaborations. He is actively involved in various boards, including the Board of Trustees for Lehigh Valley Health Services, Populytics, Inc., Cetronia Ambulance Corps, and the Burn Prevention Network. Kile also chairs the Board of Trustees for the Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization. He is a member of professional organizations such as the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Industry Leadership Council for the Health Systems Engineering Program at Lehigh University, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Michael A. Rossi

EVP and Chief Clinical Officer

Michael A. Rossi, MD, MBA, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). He also serves as the Chief Physician Executive of LVHN and President of Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG), which includes over 1,500 physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Dr. Rossi provides oversight of LVPG and LVHN clinical department chairs and is the Board Chair of the Lehigh Valley Health Network Accountable Care Organization (LVHNACO). He holds the Anne C. and Carl R. Anderson Endowed Chair for Medical Executive Leadership at LVHN and is a Clinical Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine for the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. His previous roles at LVHN include President of the LVHNACO, Chief of Cardiology, and Medical Director of the Heart and Vascular Center. He also held the Walter and Hazel May Chair for Excellence in Cardiology and was a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Penn State University College of Medicine. Dr. Rossi earned his Medical Degree at Brown University School of Medicine and a Master of Business Administration at DeSales University. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, a Cardiology Fellowship at The Graduate Hospital (University of Pennsylvania), and an Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at Temple University Hospital. He is a board-certified cardiologist with over 40 years of experience. He is a Board Member with the National Association of Accountable Care Organizations and has served on the boards of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Heart Association, and The Hillside School.

Liv E. Vesely

SVP & Chief Philanthropy Officer

Liv E. Vesely is the Senior Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), a position she has held since 2021. Prior to joining LVHN, she served as president and chief advancement officer at Jupiter Medical Center Foundation in Florida. At Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, she was the first woman in that role and was instrumental in growing the foundation and increasing philanthropic revenue significantly. She is described as believing in building philanthropy structures that connect an organization's strategic plan with the community. Vesely holds both an MPH and an MA degree.
