CyncHealth provides services such as Analytics as a Service, which streamlines information sharing and enhances efficiency across the health ecosystem by providing timely, accurate, complete, and consistent information to improve care coordination. This service is available to providers, payers, researchers, universities, and accountable care organizations. CyncHealth also offers a Bed Dashboard, a digital tool providing real-time or near-real-time information about hospital bed capacity to help providers find patient placements efficiently, and a Closed Loop Referral Platform to connect health and social care through a coordinated network. The Clinical Portal offered by CyncHealth, the state-designated Health Information Exchange, provides care teams with access to comprehensive patient health history, including encounter reports, diagnostic history, allergies, labs, immunizations, and medication history, and includes an Image Exchange feature for viewing images associated with reports. CyncHealth has been providing HIE services in Nebraska since 2008 and focuses on interoperability regardless of EHR vendor, health system, or data standards.

Individuals injured in a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 35 and Benjamin Avenue in Norfolk, Nebraska, were transported to Faith Regional Health Services for treatment. According to a press release from the Madison County Sheriff's Department, two individuals involved in the accident were taken to the hospital by Norfolk Fire and Rescue. The accident, which involved a driver cited for driving under the influence, is under investigation. [23]

A sold-out Faith Regional Health Services Foundation Gala, attended by 350 supporters, successfully raised $202,815 to significantly enhance Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) care in Norfolk. The funds raised at the annual gala are designated for acquiring advanced surgical equipment for ENT services, including a specialized camera. This new equipment is expected to improve the safety, effectiveness, and overall outcomes of sinus surgeries by providing high-resolution imaging and enhanced contrast management. The acquisition of this technology will allow local patients to receive state-of-the-art ENT care in Norfolk, potentially eliminating the need for them to travel long distances for specialized procedures.
