Chris Woleske, J.D., FACHE is the Executive Vice President of Bellin and Gundersen Health System and the Bellin Region President. Dr. Cynthia Lasecki is a Family Medicine physician and the Co-Chief Clinical Officer at Bellin Health. She received her bachelor's degree from Marquette University and her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine. Dr. Lasecki is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has over 30 years of experience in the medical field. She previously served as Chief Medical Officer for Bellin Health. Werner has been with Bellin Health for 27 years. Before becoming Senior Vice President for Population Health Strategy & Transformation, she spent 13 years as the senior leader of cardiovascular care, orthopedics and sports medicine, neurosciences, and system diagnostics at Bellin Health. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Marquette University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The University of Iowa. Additionally, she completed The Improvement Advisor Training Program with The Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Werner is also an advisory committee member to the College of Business at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She emphasizes cross-sector partnership and inclusive design in population health. She has been involved with the Techquity for Health Coalition.
