The third phase of expansion is underway at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center to increase access to cardiac services by installing six new catheterization or cath labs, as well as 30 prep and recovery rooms [3, 8, 9, 25]. This project is one of three main objectives included in the Asante Foundation's 'Asante Forward 2030' campaign [9, 25]. Other campaign initiatives include renovating the inpatient medical oncology unit at Rogue Regional and expanding the Family House in Grants Pass [9, 25]. In 2024, Rogue Regional performed more than 1,700 cath lab procedures, including ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) interventions and transaortic valve replacements (TAVR) [25].
