Kerry Trapnell serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Monroe County Hospital. He is also the Chief Administrative Officer for Aletheia Health Partners, Inc., a company that provides strategic advisory services, interim leadership, and hospital management to rural hospitals, and manages the daily operations of Monroe County Hospital. Trapnell has over 25 years of experience in rural healthcare, holding various leadership positions such as CFO, CEO, and Consultant in Critical Access, Acute Care, and Post-Acute Care hospitals. His work has focused on financial turnarounds through service growth and revenue generation to maintain healthcare access in rural communities. He recently led the first successful Critical Access Hospital conversion in Georgia in nearly 20 years. His previous work has earned him recognition, including CEO of the Year and Hospital of the Year awards, as well as being named Georgia's Community Star by the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health. Hospitals he has led have also received awards for patient quality, including being in the top 10% in the nation for Patient Outcomes multiple times. Trapnell has also served on numerous community and non-profit boards.
Megan Randall, R.T.(R)(ARRT), serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Monroe County Hospital. She also currently holds the position of Chief Nursing Officer at the hospital and is a longtime employee there. Randall earned a Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Sciences and is registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with an (R) certification.
Casey Fleckenstein, BSN, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer and Hospital Administrator at Monroe County Hospital. She began her nursing career at Monroe County Hospital and has worked there for over 20 years, holding various positions including staff nurse in Medical Surgical, Emergency Department, and Post Anesthesia Care Units, as well as Medical Surgical Manager, Emergency Room Manager, Case Management/Swing Bed Coordinator, and Emergency Management Coordinator. Casey earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Gordon College in 2001 and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Western Governor's University in 2019. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has used these strategies to improve service excellence, patient throughput, patient safety, and accreditation success. Born and raised in Monroe County, she is deeply passionate about the hospital and her community.
