Jake Erickson

Chief Executive Officer

Jake Erickson is the Chief Executive Officer at Bingham Healthcare, a position he has held since 2018. He has been with Bingham Healthcare for nearly 15 years, serving in various executive-level roles prior to becoming CEO. Before his appointment as CEO, Erickson held positions including Assistant Administrator and Chief Operating Officer. Erickson is a graduate of Weber State University and earned a master's degree from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis on healthcare management. During his tenure at Bingham Healthcare, he has been involved in strategic facility planning, service line expansion, construction and new clinic acquisition, and project management. He has been credited with significantly growing the organization's employed physician group and expanding its network to include two hospitals, an ambulatory surgery center, six urgent care facilities, and over 20 physician offices in Eastern Idaho. Earlier in his career at Bingham, he also worked in materials management and as an anesthesia technician in the operating room. Prior to joining Bingham Healthcare, Jake Erickson was a Supply Chain & Anesthesia Tech at Ogden Regional Medical Center.

Mark Baker

Chief Administrative Officer

Mark Baker serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Bingham Healthcare in Blackfoot, Idaho. He was recognized as the Fall 2023 CPI program Supervisor of the Semester by Idaho State University, nominated by an intern he supervised in the Healthcare Administration program. In his role, Baker has introduced interns to various aspects of hospital operations, including physician recruitment, facilities management, housekeeping, and executive administration. An older article also listed him as the Director of Public Relations & Marketing for Bingham Healthcare.

Dave Lowry

Chief Operating Officer

Dave Lowry is the Chief Operating Officer at Bingham Healthcare. He is a highly skilled professional with over 19 years of practical experience in healthcare administration and clinical services. Lowry's background includes direct administrative governance of surgical services, radiology, interventional services, respiratory, contracts, joint ventures, and business development. He is also noted for his skills in operations management and facility oversight. Lowry is an alumnus of Idaho State University and resides in Pocatello. He has been involved in significant projects such as physician practice acquisition and serving as a Board member/manager for key physician/hospital joint ventures.

Randy Nightengale

Chief Financial Officer

Randy Nightengale, CPA, CHFP, joined Bingham Healthcare as Chief Financial Officer on February 3, 2020. He has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, financial planning and analysis, tax, strategic planning, and risk management. Prior to his role at Bingham Healthcare, Nightengale served as CFO at several hospitals, including Cody Regional Health in Wyoming; North Valley Hospital in Montana; Kalispell Regional Healthcare in Montana; Powers Medical Center in Colorado; and, Scott County Hospital in Kansas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Ag-Business and Economics and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from Tabor College in Kansas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional. Nightengale is responsible for the financial operations of Bingham Healthcare, including accounting, insurance, financial systems, auditing, managing financial risks, planning finances, and managing records. He has a passion for using his finance skills to help meet the healthcare needs of rural communities.

Holly Davis

Chief Nursing Officer

Holly Davis, RN, BSN, MBA has been named as Bingham Healthcare's new Chief Nursing Officer. As CNO, Mrs. Davis oversees clinical nursing operations throughout the health system which includes Bingham Memorial Hospital, Grove Creek Medical Center, and numerous ambulatory practices and urgent cares throughout the region. Holly began her nursing career at Bingham Memorial Hospital in 1995. Most recently, she has worked as Bingham's Chief Quality Officer, where she oversaw the quality and risk management programs along with the population health and value-based care contracts. Holly grew up working alongside her family on a farm and ranch in Mud Lake, Idaho. She and her husband, Zane, operate a performance horse training business in Blackfoot.

Ken Newhouse

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Ken Newhouse is the Chief Medical Officer at Bingham Healthcare. Prior to this role, he was an orthopedic surgeon at Bingham Memorial Hospital for over nine years and at Idaho Orthopaedics for nearly twenty years. Dr. Newhouse holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Miami University, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Yale University, and completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Iowa. He further specialized by completing a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at the Orthopedic Specialty Hospital. Dr. Newhouse is double board certified in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder. He is a Fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
