This transition is part of a broader strategic alliance between Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) and Cerner to implement Cerner's integrated electronic health record (EHR) system. The myCare patient portal provides patients with secure online access to their personal health information, including medical history, medication lists, test results, and the ability to communicate with their participating WMCHealth providers. While FollowMyHealth was also mentioned in relation to WMCHealth patient portals, the network is moving towards the myCare platform. The myCare portal is linked to the Cerner EHR system being rolled out across the WMCHealth network.
