About the Practice

The Guidance Center (tgcaz.org) is a not-for-profit Community Mental Health Center serving Flagstaff, Williams, and surrounding Northern Arizona communities, providing a full range of behavioral health services for all ages. [1, 3, 8] Their services include general mental health counseling, inpatient psychiatric care for acute emergencies, 24/7 crisis services, and substance use treatment (inpatient and outpatient). [1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12] They specialize in treating depressive and anxiety disorders, serious mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, and childhood behavioral issues, offering care that is recovery-oriented and trauma-informed, and also provide primary healthcare through an Integrated Care Clinic.
