This transition to MyChart occurred around May 8, 2021, for new information from doctor's office and hospital visits. For services received after June 10, 2023, a MyChart account is needed for online medical record access, replacing a previous Patient Portal. MyChart is a patient portal product provided by Epic. St. Peter's Health offers MyChart through an Epic Community Connect partnership. Therefore, St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates uses Epic as their EHR vendor.
