The Stony Brook Emergency Medicine Residency Program, affiliated with Stony Brook University Hospital and the Renaissance School of Medicine, is a fully accredited three-year training program established in 1990 focused on training physicians in the clinical practice of emergency medicine, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of diverse medical conditions and injuries.
