About the Practice

Syracuse Community Health Center (SCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Onondaga County and the Greater Syracuse area. [6, 8] It provides comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare, including specialty services such as eyecare, podiatry, women's health, pediatrics, urgent care, and substance abuse treatment.
