Purchase College Student Health Services utilizes a patient portal known as Medicat Connect. This patient portal is part of the Medicat electronic health record (EHR) system, which is designed specifically for college and university health centers. Medicat provides a cloud-based EHR solution that includes a patient portal for student engagement. Through the Medicat patient portal, students can access features such as uploading documents, completing forms, viewing immunization status, and secure messaging with healthcare providers. Although appointments could not be scheduled via the patient portal at one point, the portal serves as a central point for managing several aspects of student health information and communication with Health Services.
