About the Practice

Orleans Community Health is a full-service community health provider serving residents in Orleans, Eastern Niagara, and Northern Genesee counties, and is the only full-service, acute care system in Orleans County. [2] It includes Medina Memorial Hospital, a designated Critical Access Hospital, Renal Dialysis Centers, a Primary and Walk-In Clinic, a 30-bed Skilled Nursing Home, Outpatient and Ambulatory Services, and various other healthcare services. [2, 14] Specialties and care provided include 24-hour emergency services, in-patient and out-patient care, transitional care, medical surgical services, skilled nursing, cardiac services, surgical services, wound care, comprehensive imaging services, laboratory services, respiratory services, and primary care for all ages including family medicine, pediatrics, and women's health.
