Methodology & Findings

Oak Orchard Health utilizes a patient portal branded as "Patient Portal," and its associated mobile application is called Healow. The Healow platform is provided by eClinicalWorks. Recent information from April 2025 indicates that Oak Orchard Health is successfully using healow patient engagement solutions integrated with the eClinicalWorks electronic health record (EHR) system. While a September 2022 announcement stated that Oak Orchard Health had selected NextGen Healthcare for its EHR system, later information specifies the use of eClinicalWorks and the Healow portal.
