Primary Electronic Health Record System
Northwest Medical Center (northwesthealthcare.com) utilizes the MyHealthHome patient portal, which is provided by Oracle Health. Oracle Health, formerly known as Cerner, is a vendor that provides electronic health record (EHR) systems, and MyHealthHome is their patient portal offering. The MyHealthHome portal allows patients of Northwest Healthcare to securely access and manage their personal health information online. This includes viewing recent lab results, obtaining radiology reports, reviewing medications and allergies, and accessing immunization records and clinical summaries of their care. The transition to the MyHealthHome portal at Northwest Healthcare occurred in December 2021, replacing a previous system. Patients can access the portal through the Northwest Healthcare website or via the MyHealthHome mobile app powered by Oracle Health.
