Roslyn Integrated Medical Services, which is part of Northwell Health's Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine in Roslyn, utilizes the FollowMyHealth platform as its patient portal. This portal allows patients to manage their personal health records online, view test results, medications, message physicians, and access appointment information. Northwell Health is currently transitioning to Epic as its new electronic health record (EHR) system. This multi-year implementation began in 2025 and aims to unify over 30 different existing medical record systems across the Northwell Health network into a single Epic instance. Therefore, while the patient portal currently in use is FollowMyHealth, the underlying EHR system is in the process of transitioning to Epic. It's worth noting that some practices within Northwell Health may currently use different patient portal vendors, such as ezAccess used by Concorde Medical Group. However, FollowMyHealth is widely used across Northwell Health.
