North Country HealthCare (northcountryhealthcare.org) utilizes a patient portal referred to as the NCH Patient Portal or North Country Healthcare patient portal. This portal is integrated with their electronic health record (EHR) system, which is MEDITECH Expanse. Patients can access the portal online and also through the MEDITECH MHealth app for mobile devices. North Country Healthcare implemented a shared MEDITECH Expanse EHR across their facilities to consolidate patient information.
