Methodology & Findings

MSK Kids, part of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), utilizes the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. The patient portal vendor and branding used by MSK, including for MSK Kids patients, is MSK MyChart. MSK transitioned to using Epic as their EHR system as of February 1, 2025. Correspondingly, their patient portal transitioned from the previous "MyMSK" to "MSK MyChart". MyChart is a widely used patient portal platform developed by Epic Systems.
