Mount Sinai Health System uses MyChart as its patient portal. This patient portal is connected to their electronic health record (EHR) system, which is Epic. Mount Sinai implemented the Epic EHR system starting in 2006. The health system has also recently completed a migration of their Epic EHR to the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
