The patient portal allows patients to communicate with their care team, access medical records, schedule appointments, and view lab results. Mountain Park Health Center has actively worked with eClinicalWorks to enhance the patient portal experience, including simplifying the login process. Additionally, there is a mobile application associated with the patient portal called "healow".
