Primary Electronic Health Record System
MetroPlusHealth, as part of the larger NYC Health + Hospitals system, utilizes Epic as its electronic health record (EHR) vendor. The patient portal associated with this EHR system is MyChart. NYC Health + Hospitals completed the transition to the Epic EHR system across its patient care sites, including hospitals and community-based health centers, by March 2020. This system, referred to as H2O (Health + Hospitals Online) by the health system, unified patient records and connected healthcare workers across numerous locations.
