AllegianceMD is also the vendor for the electronic health record (EHR) system used by Medalliance Medical Health Services. AllegianceMD provides a web-based software solution that includes a patient portal, as well as electronic medical records (EMR), practice management, and billing functionalities. Their EHR software is referred to as "Veracity". The patient portal allows patients to access their medical information, request appointments, and communicate with their healthcare providers.
