Primary Electronic Health Record System
Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) Physician Services utilizes a patient portal branded as "My KRMC Health Portal". This portal was launched in October 2019 following the implementation of a new electronic health record (EHR) system. The EHR system used by KRMC is MEDITECH, and their specific implementation is called "One Care," which went live on June 1, 2019. The "My KRMC Health Portal" is integrated with this MEDITECH EHR, allowing patients to access health records, appointments, medications, and test results from June 1, 2019, forward. For records prior to this date, a link to the previous patient portal is available through the new portal. While the portal is branded "My KRMC Health Portal," the underlying EHR vendor providing the system it integrates with is MEDITECH. Access to the portal for a better experience is also available through the MHealth mobile app. In-hospital patients may also have access to their patient portal account through a digital platform called Oneview.
