The Institute for Family Health is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health organization and one of the largest community health centers in New York State. As a federally-qualified community health center (FQHC) network, it is committed to providing high-quality, affordable, patient-centered primary health care in communities historically neglected due to racism and poverty, serving over 100,000 patients annually regardless of their ability to pay. The Institute offers a wide range of services including primary care, mental health, dental care, social work, and various specialty services such as HIV medicine, addiction medicine, sports medicine, integrative medicine, and reproductive care, for patients of all ages.
